Some Fathers Days treats this weekend! 🌱🥩

We have all the usual steaks available for the weekend.

✅ Fillets
✅ Ribeyes
✅ Striploins

As well as that I've butchered a few spare T-Bones for that extra special treat!

Range from 0.6kg to 0.7kg in size.
Or £17-£20.

I've some already frozen discounted freezer packs available to make some freezer space. All in perfect condition.

Oldbridge Summer Fair is on this weekend. It's always a great one and the weather is looking good! 🙌

You will find us here ONLY on the SUNDAY. We can't attend Saturday as I'm taking my yearly weekend off! 😅🤣

We will also be at our usual spots. Skerries Mills Farmers Market on Saturday and Dundrum Market Sunday. With the Farm Shop open Saturday 10-3PM.

It's our FIVE year anniversary this week! 🥰

This week five years ago our first beef was delivered back to our chillroom. Not going to lie I had no real plan on how we were going to sell it or what I was at!

Now the chillroom is at capacity each and every week!

It's honestly been such a journey, learning as we go. My best advise is - make mistakes but don't make the same ones twice! When you love what you do it never really feels like work.

I'll always be grateful for my family taking the gamble with me.

Here's to the next five years! 🥰

Should be plenty but you can drop me a message if you want some kept. It will be at the Farm Shop on Saturday and I'll take a few packs to the markets Saturday and Sunday.

Picking out some Spring Lambs for the factory tomorow.

Tess was flat out making sure they are the correct weight and fat cover for the butchery!

You can never start too young!

Our first Spring Lamb of 2026 was butchered this morning.

This Lamb was born the first week of January and weighed in at 24.9kg deadweight with a lovely covering of fat! So we we're delighted with that.

With our early lambs we find we they don't need creep fed. Grass quality is at its peak quality this time of year.

Going into the later summer months mainly for the later born lambs we would find we need to introduce a small amount of meal to help get that final bit of fat cover.

It will be available in the Farm Shop from next weekend.
