The Sydney Marathon calls for celebration 💚

We are open from 12pm and taking the celebrations to the streets with an incredible lineup of live music until late.

We are teaming up with Two Stacks Irish Whiskey to serve Two Stacks Frozen Irish Coffee’s, made exclusively for the day.

Thanks everyone, and what an incredible week

A massive thank you to fans and customers who got behind this project 💚

We've just recorded a quick video to give you a proper update on the Artist Collection - Vol 1. And, more importantly, to say a genuine thank you.

Your support doesn’t just mean a huge amount to Two Stacks as a business. It also helps us champion regional musicians, artists and creatives who share the same passion for their craft.

We’ll be closing the collection on the website this Sunday, and we’re now getting the final boxes packed and shipped out. We can’t wait for everyone to receive their whiskey over the coming days.

Once everyone has had a chance to receive their box, we hope to run the museum-edition canvas draw next week, so keep an eye out for the details.

And there’s another exciting part of the project happening tomorrow… 🎶

Introducing The Humours of Whiskey.

The inaugural release of The Artist Collection, created alongside the extraordinary Jack Coulter
Inspired by Jack's rare gift of synaesthesia, where music becomes colour, this project brought together artist, musicians and whiskey makers in one unrepeatable performance. Three crafts. Three lifetimes of dedication. One moment captured forever.

At its heart sits one of the finest whiskeys we've ever created.

A marriage of exceptional Irish casks, including a 1991 Single Malt, a beautifully elegant 2002 Single Grain matured in Passito di Pantelleria casks, and a richly textured Single Pot Still finished in Mandorla casks. Layer upon layer of tropical fruit, orchard sweetness, silk, spice and remarkable depth, this is a whiskey that continues to evolve long after the first sip.

Just 300 collector's editions have been created, releasing on our webshop at 10am, Thursday, July 30th.

Each presentation box houses an exclusive Jack Coulter print alongside one of the finest Irish whiskeys we've ever pieced together, making every release a celebration of contemporary Irish creativity, where painting, music and whiskey become one.

As Belfast prepares to welcome the world for the historic 2026, we couldn't think of a more fitting tribute to the extraordinary talent our island continues to produce. A celebration not only of Irish whiskey, but of the artists, musicians and makers who continue to shape our culture.

To Jack, the musicians, our team, our partners, and everyone who believed in this vision from the very beginning,thank you. It has been an absolute privilege to bring this project to life, and an honour to share it with the world.
