Bursting with juicy summer fruits and ripe berries, it layers vibrant sweetness over a rich and balanced Irish wh***ey base. Awarded ***eyawards - Ireland's Best Blend, and bottled at 48% ABV, this is a journey alive with colour, character, and unmistakable flair.

This single cask release brings together a superior blend of Irish Grain, Malt and Pot Still wh***eys, matured for a minimum of 5 years before an indulgent finish in rare Raspberry Brandy Casks. The result is unmistakably Irish at its core, but with a vibrant fruit-led twist, delivering layers of rich raspberry preserve, vanilla sweetness and tropical brightness over toasted oak.

Already recognised on the world stage, this expression was awarded Ireland's Best Blended Limited Release at the World Whiskies Awards, further cementing the reputation for pushing Irish wh***ey into new flavour territories.

Colour

Deep Garnet Amber

A rich ruby hue with raspberry highlights.

Nose

Bursting aromas of raspberry jam, pineapple drops and soft sponge cake, opening into vanilla pod, icing sugar and warm oak spice.

Palate

Silky and layered.

Bright raspberry conserve immediately coats the palate before evolving into toasted oak, creamy vanilla and tropical fruit.

Underneath sits the hallmark structure of Irish Grain, Malt and Pot Still wh***ey, adding weight, gentle spice and balance to the sweetness.

Finish

Long and lingering with notes of fruit pastille, berry compote and warm oak, fading into delicate sweetness and soft spice.

Thanks everyone, and what an incredible week

A massive thank you to fans and customers who got behind this project 💚

We've just recorded a quick video to give you a proper update on the Artist Collection - Vol 1. And, more importantly, to say a genuine thank you.

Your support doesn’t just mean a huge amount to Two Stacks as a business. It also helps us champion regional musicians, artists and creatives who share the same passion for their craft.

We’ll be closing the collection on the website this Sunday, and we’re now getting the final boxes packed and shipped out. We can’t wait for everyone to receive their wh***ey over the coming days.

Once everyone has had a chance to receive their box, we hope to run the museum-edition canvas draw next week, so keep an eye out for the details.

And there’s another exciting part of the project happening tomorrow… 🎶
