When you get a message on Friday morning requesting a birthday cake for Saturday, I had appointments all day so cake got baked Friday evening and decorated in a couple of hours I had available Saturday morning! A Chappell Roan inspired cake in 10inch vanilla sponge, great feedback from customer too 🥰

I have decided that I am going to give this another go, or at least try!
So now taking orders for cheesecakes, can do pretty much any flavour, all serve about 16 decent portions, £20-£30 depending on flavour. Works out to a lot less than £2 per slice.
May decide to do a taster box if enough interest which will contain 4 slices of different flavours for £10 delivery to my local area is free!

We could be making a come back, offering cakes, puddings and bakes, something for everyone, gluten free, keto.
Thinking of doing boxes with a selection of bakes with possible delivery ☺️

A throwback to the last jubilee when I entered a cake competition and won first prize with this carrot cake, judged by the president of the WI and was told she had never tasted such an amazing carrot cake 🥰🥰🥰

Love cheesecake? Do you struggle to find cheesecakes with that thick cheesecake consistency? I can make almost ANY flavour/style cheesecake, they are big at 9 inches in diameter and will serve 16, perfect for parties and celebrations or for your desert menus!

It was my daughter’s birthday today, after her horse decided to refuse to load onto the trailer it left me with all of ten minutes to get her cake filled and decorated in time for her birthday bbq!
As always for her it had to be chocolate overload, never seems to be enough time in the day sometimes 🤣
