Today, we’re proud to join Seagold and Samherji in supporting Börn með krabbamein (Children with Cancer) by taking part in Treyjudagurinn.

We’re wearing our favourite sports jerseys to show our support for children and families facing childhood cancer.

No matter which team we support or which colours we wear, today we stand together for an important cause.

Meet the Collins Team – Katie

Next up in our Meet the Collins Team series is Katie Richardson, a valued member of our South West Sales Team. Katie joined Collins earlier this year as a Sales Administrator, following a career as a Chef.

Outside of work, life is busy! Katie is a mum of two and spends her weekends supporting her children with their activities. From kids’ gym sessions with her son, to watching him play rugby and cheering on her daughter at Taekwondo, there’s rarely a quiet weekend!

When they do get the chance, Katie and her family love to travel, make the most of the sunshine and explore different cuisines — something that ties in perfectly with her love of food!

We’re lucky to have someone with Katie’s dedication and knowledge of the food industry as part of the Collins Seafoods team.

This morning’s sales meeting was led by Merlin, Martin’s Weimaraner.

Merlin had some great insights and suggestions for the team, although we’re not entirely sure what they were… 😂

He certainly had plenty to say and, when the meeting wrapped up, he nodded approvingly and seemed very happy with the treats at the end!

Great work, Merlin. We’ll see you at the next meeting!

Meet the Collins Team – Adelle

Next up in our Meet the Collins Team series is Adelle Savage, our Operations Administrator for Yorkshire, who has been part of the Collins Seafoods team since 2025.

Outside of work, Adelle has a real passion for animals and the outdoors.

She's always had horses and loves nothing more than spending time with them or heading out for a walk with her dog.

Adelle is also an equine therapist, offering a range of treatments including Craniosacral Therapy.

It's clear that caring for others is a big part of who Adelle is, both inside and outside of work. We're lucky to have someone with her passion, dedication and knowledge as part of the Collins team.
