This weekend our new Banner will be making its official debut at Dolfor show. And from now on you'll see it proudly displayed at the many shows and events where our produce is served and enjoyed. 🙌

Whether it's burgers sizzling on the grill, our award-winning sausages, or any of our quality meat feeding hundreds of people at local events, we're proud to be the butcher behind it.

There was a time when cutting a few steaks felt like a busy day at I.C. Quality Meats

Now?

It feels like we're cutting an endless river of steaks. 😳

From the moment the lights go on until the last knife is put down, it's steak after steak after steak.

🥩 Ribeyes. 🥩 Sirloins. 🥩 Fillets. 🥩 Rumps.

Heading to homes across Mid Wales... Heading to restaurants... Heading to grills... Heading to customers who refuse to settle for supermarket meat.

The sheer amount we've been cutting recently has honestly blown us away.

Nearly 40 years as a family butcher's, and we're seeing some of the busiest weeks we've ever had.

That doesn't happen because of advertising.

A couple of days into the drying process... and just look at it. 👀

This morning it's heading to the slicer, where this beautiful middle bacon will be transformed into "thicker than the supermarkets" traditional rashers packed with flavour.👏

No shortcuts. No pumped-in water. Just time, patience, and the traditional methods we've proudly used for 4 generations. 👌

At I.C. Quality Meats, we believe bacon should taste like bacon! That's why we cure, dry and prepare it ourselves, giving you that rich flavour and texture that's becoming harder and harder to find.

The smell in the shop this morning is something else... 🤤

What started in the Ladywell Centre has grown through new premises, exciting milestones, business awards, and countless early mornings, late nights, and hard work from our incredible team.
