What a week it has been at the Griddles first ever Balmoral Show! 🚜

As we finally catch our breath after four long (and very busy!) days, we first want to say a huge thank you to our incredible team who worked tirelessly all week, whilst keeping the craic going and smiles on their faces! The wider network of food traders who are always there to help each other out, and of course the organisers for another fantastic Balmoral Show.

We’d like to thank every customer who come to our van over the four days.
Most of all, we want to say a very special and heartfelt thank you to all of the local people from the Ards Peninsula who travelled up and supported us in huge numbers throughout the week. Seeing so many familiar faces at such a big event genuinely meant the world to us.

As a small family business, the support, kind words, repeat visits and queues at the van never go unnoticed. We’re incredibly proud to serve quality local produce and to represent home at events like this. ❤️

Now for a good sleep and a restock of burgers as we start to prepare for the two day Sea Bangor Festival this upcoming weekend! 😅

A busy few days ahead, before we’re Balmoral bound!
Very proud to be showcasing the best of local, with our Peninsula Produce; at Northern Ireland’s largest agri-food event!

Preparations are well underway in our butcher’s shop, and we can’t wait to get going with our traditional breed burgers 🍔 and plenty more delicious favourites.

➡ Judge two rings of four animals and place in order of merit

➡ Assess Animal A in Ring 1

This is the final day of the Antrim Pool Championships in Belfast, and we’ve enjoyed every minute of the past three days. We’d like to congratulate the committee once again for organising such a fantastic event.

We also want to wish all the Antrim players the very best of luck in Killarney next month, in both the team events and individual competitions.

Hopefully, we’ll see you all again next year for another great tournament.

It was great to see our neighbour and two time world champion Ronan Mc Carthy stop by for a burger , hopefully that gives him the fuel he needs to add another trophy to the cabinet!

We’re proud to be sponsoring the County Antrim Pool Association! 🎱

This weekend, the Antrim Championships take place at Grosvenor Recreation Centre, Belfast, and we’ll be there from Friday through to Sunday evening serving up our traditional breed gourmet burgers and fries 🍔🍟.

Best of luck to all the players competing, and a big congratulations to the committee for their hard work in making this event happen!
