We are a family run farm based in Newtownards, County Down in sunny (and rainy) Northern Ireland. We have been established for over 4 decades producing the best quality meat. Known locally as Drumhilla Farm, our home is on the farm and our heart is on the farm. We take pride in our top class breeding, state-of-the-art facilities and an examplar farm. We have worked hard to have the processing operation accredited with an EC Licence, which helps expand the customer-base due to the high standards of health and traceability required. We also have 6 Corries Farm Butcher shops in Newtownards, Dundonald, Ballyhackamore, Ormeau Road, Holywood & Cherryvalley where you can pick up a great deal, fresh food and a warm welcome. We farm almost 1000 acres of land that house top quality cattle from our own meticulous breeding programme. Our director William Corrie & farm manager, Gareth Corrie have the highest standards for not only in the meat we produce but the running of the farm.

MEET THE TEAM 👋

This is Pearse from Fayre Cherryvalley! You probably all recognise him by now, as he definitely isn’t camera shy and has made a few appearances on here already 👀 (He may or may not have got a fresh trim especially for this picture 💇‍♂️)

Pearse has been part of the Corries family for almost 2 years now, and there’s never a dull moment when he’s around! He’s always up for a laugh, and happy to lend a hand wherever he’s needed, whether that’s behind the butchery counter or heading off to the market to collect fresh local produce for the shop! 🥕

Outside of work, Pearse has recently become a Dad! ✨ When he’s not busy with family life, you’ll find him at the gym or running his own knife sharpening business!

We love having Pearse as part of the team - be sure to catch him for a chat the next time you’re in! 👋

Grown just 5 minutes up the road by local farmer Emile, before making its way to our shelves at Fayre Cherryvalley!

Fresh celery, leeks and parsley are collected, brought back to Fayre and carefully bundled and wrapped, ready for you to take home.
