We're passionate about home cooking, only using simple ingredients to create authentic and delicious cooking sauces that all the family can enjoy.

PEPPUP is a roasted pepper and tomato ketchup. A great alternative to conventional ketchup, an intense flavour made with a few simple ingredients. In addition to roasted pepper, the only ingredients are tomato, sugar, salt and vinegar. It is an authentic versatile sauce, a wonderful complement to your favourite dishes, try it with chicken, burgers or eggs. There are three varieties on offer:
- a classic flavour
- a mild spicy variety with chilli
- a reduced sugar and salt

Celebrity chef Paula McIntyre will join us in the Farm Shop for a celebration of local food and as always brighten your day with a bit of craic, expert tips and extensive knowledge! There will be a cookery demonstration from Paula every hour commencing 12 noon until 4pm as she creates an array of savoury and sweet summer treats using the finest product from local NI suppliers.

We will also have local supplier tastings throughout the day from 11am to 5pm so you can taste first hand the products that we love when we are ‘Loving Local’ in the Farm Shop.
