Who saw The Big Breakfast's Hot Sausage challenge on Channel 4 at the weekend made with our Yorkshire Dragon Chilli Jam?

We were approached a couple of weeks ago to see if we could help with increasingly hot Chilli Sausages for a competition on the re launch of The Big Breakfast. With the help of our friends at The Bath Pig and a big dollop of Yorkshire Dragon Chilli Jam we made it all happen. It looks like they're going to carry on doing the challenge up and down the country over the next few weeks.

If you want to try your own we suggest you use either Yorkshire Dragon or the Reaper's Revenge chilli jams mixed into a sausage mix. Have a chat to your local butcher and see if they'll make a batch, we're more than happy to help out with any recipe percentages etc but suggest you start at 2% jam by weight and take it up from there, have fun!
