Sandfield Farm is a local farm with its own herds of beef cattle and pigs which it rears in a traditional way. We have butchery on site and produce a small number of high quality meat products which we sell locally. All our produce is made on an irregular basis depending on what meat we have to process. We then send out a text to our customers when we have products available which can then be deli

vered within North Nibley or collected from the New Inn. Our aim is to build a viable mixed farm by producing a range of quality products from our own animals. We currently produce sausages, bacon, ham, pancetta and burgers. We hope to shortly introduce salamis and air dried meat along side beef and lamb. This will be followed by free range chicken and ducks for the table. It will take time to achieve all this, but we hope you will join us on the journey.
