I've been baking cakes for my son & daughter's birthdays over the years and lately they've become a bit more detailed so much so that I now make cakes for both friend's and family's special occasions

A lemon sponge cake and Australian Crunch for work yesterday to help celebrate Danielle 's 40th and Gabriel's 17th birthday chocolate cake knocked up in record time hence the slight error with the topper, caught in time though so managed move the dot above the "i" just didnt get another photo 😁

Must remember to post pictures, Zoe's 30th which melted a bit at the venue in the recent heat wave, a chocolate cake waiting for a multitude of chocolates to be added to the top and a plain vanilla cake just because that's what he likes 😊
