Just turned 11 YEARS OLD this week — and already dreaming BIGGER than most adults ever dare to.

For her birthday? She didn’t ask for toys or presents…
She asked to:
🍽️ go out for dinner with her friends — NO adults at the table!
⛸️ go ice skating at Winter Wonderland
💡 and most importantly…
“I want to be like mummy & daddy… I want to make people happy through their tummies!”

Franki is an imperative part of the Kerbside Kitchen team 🙌
She jumps in to help whenever needed —
even sacrificing family days & nights out for the business.

Her cheeky grin, ideas, and energy light up the staff team.
She’s pitched menu items, event ideas…
…and now it’s time for her to launch her very own trailer —
Franki’s Kerbside Kandy – Sweet Treats 🍭🍩🍰
(with mummy beside her for legal reasons 🤣)
