Big shout out to all the hardworking dairy farmers out there to produce such a fantastic product.
We have Iced Latte milkshake available now from our vending machine, with Chocolate and Strawberry also on now.
Not forgetting the original and best flavour, our Free Range Yorkshire Raw Milk!

World Milk Day: Celebrating the Source

Each year on 1st June, World Milk Day gives us an opportunity to celebrate the most important ingredient at the heart of our cheeses, milk, as well as the farmers, families, and communities behind it.

As more consumers take an interest in where their food comes from, World Milk Day is a wonderful reminder of the time, care and attention that goes into every litre produced. For us here at Shepherds Purse, it's also a chance to celebrate the partnerships and passion that have shaped our business for more than 35 years.

More than simply celebrating dairy products; it's about recognising the skill, sustainability and dedication behind every stage of production, and we're incredibly fortunate to work alongside a network of fantastic British farmers who share our commitment to quality.

Milkshake update, White Chocolate, Mars Bar and Strawberry are the current flavours.
It has been a busy week on the farm doing first cut silage. It has been a bumper crop this year!

Blue is the colour! 💙
It is bluebell season in the woods around Manor Farm and to celebrate this natural wonder our new milkshake flavour is Blueberry Muffin.
Strawberry, Chocolate and our Free Range Yorkshire Raw Milk are also available from our vending machine.

Reddy has calved again!
It is about exactly a year since her previous calf was born on the day Rishi Sunak came to officially open our new vending machine barn.
Our Sunshine Tulip field is still open, you can pick your own bunch to take home. £1 per 🌷 or £5 for a bunch of 6. Cash payment only in the honesty box in the Milk Barn.

Pick your own bunch of Tulips to take home. £1 per 🌷 or £5 for 6. Payment is cash only and by using the honesty box in the Milk Barn.
Or just sit in the sunshine and enjoy the view while you drink your milkshakes!

Pick your own Tulips as the sun sets! 🌅
On Friday 24th April our Sunshine tulip field will be open for you to pick and take home a bunch of Tulips 🌷 with your milk and milkshakes. 🥛
Join us from 3.30 until 8pm. Bring cash for the flowers, £1 per Tulip stem or a bunch of 6 for £5.
We look forward to seeing you all!

It is time to reveal that we have planted an small area of Tulips 🌷 opposite the Milk Barn, in the design of a 🌞 and 🌈 !

Entry to view the Tulips is FREE for all customers buying milk or milkshake, they are just coming into bloom now.

Later in April, we will have a weekend where you will be able to Buy and Pick bunches of tulips, please look out for details of this on this page.
