French Macarons by Miss Macaron Savour The Flavour UK French Macarons, piped by hand and always baked with loved. French Macarons are indulgent, special and most of all fun. A wide variety of flavours and colours.

Bespoke orders available. A lover of all things sweet and a serious baking addiction, which started with my nan and a Whitworths cook book. I then went on spent lots of time in France in my 20's, and a lot of that was on the French Riviera. The patisseries were amazing, and the French Macarons always caught my eye with their colourful displays and always looking so pretty. Even on the luxury yacht

s I worked on the macarons always featured on the afternoon tea (which was always served with white gloved waiters and waitresses) and if we timed it right there would usually be a macaron or two going spare. So having seen some of the best macaron displays and tasted some of the best in the world you can understand my quest for macaron perfection. I now bake French Macarons and offer a variety of flavours that are available as:

May my spring offering to the sunshine gods bring us some good weather and by that I mean blue skies, sunshine, no wind and temperatures warm enough not to need a coat!

My first ever Bundt cake! Raspberry and white chocolate with glacé icing and a sprinkle of Raspberry dust.

I made minis instead of one large and used a silicone mould, I think a tin would have been easier!

Anyway I learnt something new and that is that Bundt cakes do
not conform to any single recipe; instead, their characterizing feature is their shape.

I like them, I think I'll make more 😋

This is new. It's also something I'm not sure about.

I took an old cookie recipe and modified it slightly to make a cookie pie, deliberately using a sectioned baking tin to make sure the cookie went up and not spread out......BUT the texture is completely different.

I'm not sure if it's my head saying it's tastes wrong, as I'm thinking it would be a cookie texture but of course it wouldn't be.

Hmmm, I'll have to try this out again today and see what people think.

Merry Christmas.

I've kind of missed baking hundreds of macarons like last year, but I have really enjoyed taking some much needed time out.

I'm juggling a lot of balls, fortunately I love each ball as much as the next, but it's so important to look after yourself too which is something I'm not very good at but am working on.

I have to say this year has been so lovely meeting lots of other small businesses owners. There are a couple that I've really jellied with.. thankyou for my lovely tree decoration, I love it.

Looking forward to seeing you all in 2022.
