Ya boy is officially back from Paris and had the best time away 🙌🏼

Will only be open tomorrow and Saturday this week but soup will be on the cards for both days and then back into the swing of things next week Monday ☺️

Hey guys!

Firstly we just wanted to say thank you soooo much for all the support and all of your custom, the juice bar has really been so well received by all of you and it’s been so nice over the last few months hearing your comments and how much you’ve been enjoying having us here, it’s genuinely so humbling. So thank you so much without you guys we wouldn’t be here and you are all just flipping awesome so we both love you all for that ❤️🙌🏼

Secondly me and this little trouble maker over the last 4-5 months haven’t stopped and we are off too France for some well needed us time just to stop for a minute and too enjoy what we’ve done so far and too just enjoy each other so we will be closed for a few days. ❤️ 🇫🇷

We will be closed from Sunday 23rd until Wednesday 26th back open as usual from Thursday 27th ☺️

We are sorry for the inconvenience but we feel like we’ve earned it 😂🙌🏼

Love you all and once again, from the bottom of our hearts we genuinely do thank you so much without you guys we wouldn’t be here. ❤️❤️❤️

Hold on to your hats people! I present to you the banana and biscoff smoothie!! 🤤

If you thought the banana p.b was nice then my word you need to try this bad boy!

With a decent amount of biscoff spread 3 biscoff biscuits the best bananas and oat milk this will have all your sweet tooth cravings fulfilled with ease!

The best thing is it’s totally vegan! This drink is so yummy we can assure you it will have you saying omg after each sip!! 😂

We have had a few people come in saying they are a bit confused with the opening times.

The reason they where the way they where was with this new venture of ours it gave me an opportunity to see my children 50/50 instead of just two days a week on my days off.

We have amended the hours to hopefully make it a bit easier for you guys and this way I get to try and be the best dad I can be also ☺️

Can we just take a minute too stop and just appreciate this beauty… The Banana PB!! 🍌

Sometimes it’s not all about healthy and it just needs to be about being tasty and that’s 100% what this drink is!

Anybody that has had this little number just knows and will tell you how flipping yummy this thing is, to the point it’s even been called a pudding in a cup 🙌🏼

With only the best oat milk, the best bananas and a naughty amount of whole Earth peanut butter this will hit all the sweet spots that you’ve been craving through the day!

For an extra 50p you can even add a scoop of vanilla protein to keep you going until dinner and to keep you filling full!

If your children are anything like my little boy i struggle to get his 5 a day in as he is the fussiest eater I have ever known! 🤦🏻‍♂️

It’s proven that research shows 93% of 4-8 years olds eat their recommended serves of fruit when fruit juice is included in the count!!

However, when fruit juice is excluded, this figure is only 61%. Both of these figures fall dramatically as kids get older!!

Juices and smoothies are a fun and tasty way to get fruit and veg into your little ones and it’s safe to say my boy loves them even to the point he doesn’t want to share any! And I’m happy because I know I’m getting some goodness into him easily when usually I would struggle.

So next time if your passing on the school run grab your little ones a tasty treat and at the same time get some goodness into them with something they will enjoy! 🙌🏼
