What a brilliant day we had supporting Live 2026! 🧑‍🍳

It was great to connect with both new and familiar faces and showcase our ingredients. 🙌

We served up some fresh and vibrant salads, as well as both hybrid and plant-based versions of taco bowls and burritos (which are recipes recently developed by Chef Liam for the education sector)! 🥗 🌯

The feedback we received was fantastic. 🤗

A fantastic day supporting the Sustainability Forum at . 🌍 🌱

We served up a range of reduced-carbon dishes featuring our Dehydrated Mince and Pieces: from hybrid curries to .ned award-winning cheesecake. Proving that sustainable food can still be:
✅ packed with flavour
✅ have a good nutritional profile
✅ cost-effective
✅ satisfy consumers with familiar taste and texture

It was a fantastic day that brought together key stakeholders who are passionate about sustainable and innovative solutions within the healthcare sector.

We had a fantastic few days at University of Nottingham, Bidfood Manchester CEC and University College Birmingham, where we had the opportunity to showcase how perfectly suited our Eat Curious Dehydrated Mince and Pieces are for the education sector. 👨‍🎓 🙌

The sessions were a great opportunity to showcase just how easy our range is to use. Their adaptability, combined with being top 14 allergen-free, means they are ideally placed to support many of the food trends set to shape menus in the sector in 2026. 🍽️

A fantastic visit to Guy’s and St Thomas’​ NHS Foundation Trust today to see (and taste 😋 ) some of the exciting dishes on the new 2026 menu featuring Eat Curious Mince and Pieces. 👨‍🍳 👏 🌱

Guy’s and St Thomas’​ NHS Foundation Trust is using Eat Curious to help lower the hospital’s carbon footprint, while also improving the nutritional profile of meals for visitors and staff! 🌍 Our products offer quality plant-based protein (with lower saturated fat and added fibre compared to meat). This is a win for both health and sustainability!

Ready, Steady… Cook! 👨‍🍳

Eat Curious were honoured to help judge the Ready Steady Cook event organised by Avendra International - Europe hosted at Northampton General Hospital NHS Trust.

Four teams were challenged to create two dishes using a curated selection of ingredients:
🥦 One plant-based dish, featuring our sustainable dehydrated ingredients
🍗 One hybrid dish combining traditional meat protein with Eat Curious to showcase versatility and innovation

It was inspiring to see how each team embraced the challenge, pushed culinary boundaries, and delivered dishes full of flavour and imagination!

What a brilliant celebration of food and sustainability!
