Whilst sitting poolside on me holidays I am starting to get what sauces I am going to offer together, Im thinking a Naga (hot hot), the Scotch Bonnet and mango ( hot) and jalapeno (mild) Im going to keep but was thinking of a smokey Ancho chilli sauce (mild n smokey) as well, what do people think, worth it ??
