Berries! Flashing back to some of my summer bakes when the blackberries in our garden were at their peak and the blueberries and raspberries didn't make your lips purse when you are them.

A delicious baked cheesecake topped with all the summer berries. Well, all but the strawberries 🍓 😋 🤣

The first of my birthday cakes this year!

Mini cupcakes!

Just a few examples of the 100 cupcakes I made for a wedding last month.

Mini lemon and mini vanilla and raspberry (there was also mini chocolate, but I missed that photo!).

Such sweet little things and so fun to make!

Time to bring some cake back!

It's been a long time since I've been in regular posting mode, but I'm hoping to get back into showing you some bakes!

First up, a birthday request from Seb. Tech Deck cake with black, red and white, and an orange ramp!

Made with amazing vegan chocolate cake recipe from Britt Berlin | easy vegan recipes for home bakers and filled with vegan buttercream and jam.

Such cute little skateboards!
