Finally made my 年糕Nin-Go (lunar new year cake) today!

Using the instant pot had really saved a lot of time - and I can never resist the urge to eat it fresh, the sweet and chewy mochi texture just takes me right back! 🥰

Guess the dinner tonight!

I got all the ingredients out, ready to take some pics for a fresh blog post… then we had a last minute guest (a certain teenager’s gf), and so I had totally forgotten about the pictures and blog post 😆

Didn’t even get to take a pic of the finished product! It’s a lovely lemon garlic crab spaghetti/ ready in 15mins - full of garlicky, buttery and cheesy and fresh crab goodness 🤤 - you’ll just have to take my words for it!

Who’s been having pancakes for breakfast, lunch man’s dinner?
