We’re sorry again guys. Due to the timing of two family holidays and two family events, we ended up being closed for a few weeks recently. Not ideal, but being a family run business it can’t always be helped when we want to take holidays. I know some of our customers have been a bit miffed about it.
We then had a fire at our home a couple of weeks ago, which forced us to close the shop again for what we thought would only be a week while we sorted out accommodation and visits from the insurance company as it’s looking like we won’t be back in our own home until after Christmas.
Then on Thursday night Frances was taken into Leighton Hospital after collapsing at our temporary accommodation and has been in there since. Thankfully she is on the mend now and we’re hoping she’ll be allowed home any time now.
Unfortunately we’ll still need to stay closed for a little while longer, realistically we’re hoping to open again in a couple of weeks.
Frances is missing the shop and all of our customers just as much as we know many of you are missing coming in!
