Happy Mother’s Day🌼

I’d like to take a moment to recognise my own mama, without who Bakes By Imo wouldn’t be a thing. She inspired my love of baking as a child, we were forever in the kitchen together. She made the most incredible birthday creations - the complete Barbie princess dress was a particular favourite!

She has continued to inspire and support me throughout my own baking journey and through life, and for that I’ll be forever grateful. I can’t hug her today (damn rona) but I’ll be making a doorstep delivery of GF goodies and reminding her that she’s my hero!

I hope you can all use today to celebrate the mother’s in your life - grandma’s, aunts, dads who’ve been both mum and dad, step mums, dog mums, best friends who might as well be your mums - whoever it is, recognise them, celebrate them, remember them, thank them, hug them (if you can)💛

This Sunday gives us all a chance to celebrate our mother’s, friends who are mothers, dog mums, aunts, grandmas, people who raised us in place of mums, mums who aren’t here anymore or mums to be. Whoever it is in your life, they deserve to be celebrated. And what better way to celebrate than with delicious bakes!

Finally back to being on time with the menu! Tried to mix it up a bit this week, so let me know your thoughts? And if there’s anything you’d particularly like to see make an appearance on an upcoming menu, just let me know and I’ll see what I can do!

Same as last week, all items are £2 with a minimum order of 4 items. Please note the Peanut Butter truffles come in pairs (so £2=2truffles)!

Here’s this weeks menu - better late than never hey?🙄

Decided to change things up a bit - all items are £2 and there’s a minimum order of 4 items (can be all the same or all different). Order as many items as you like, 4 is just the minimum.

Orders must be placed by DM by Thursday 1pm. Delivery details and charges can be found in my highlights.

I’m back! Hello hello, how are you all? Hope you had a lovely Christmas and are all surviving Lockdown 3.0. I’m glad to say my exams are over so I’m back in the kitchen, baking up a storm again!

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I can’t say it enough - to every single one of you who has ordered since I’ve started this mad venture. You’ve made one baking mad gal very happy. This week I haven’t stopped, my oven hasn’t been off and I’ve hardly slept but I’ve loved every second!

I really hope you all manage to have a wonderful Christmas, despite the mad world we currently live in. I’ll be here, with a Prosecco in hand, surrounded by the best “bubble” in the world.

Bakes by Imo is going to have a little break for a few weeks - I need some rest and then I have exams to pass! But I’ll be back at the end of January, rejuvenated and ready to bake up a storm once more!

All that’s left to say is thank you, stay safe and Merry Christmas🎄❤️

Firstly, I want to say the BIGGEST thank you to all those of you who have placed Christmas orders already. I can’t tell you how much it means to me that you all want Bakes by Imo to be a part of your celebrations🥰

However, I need to say that because of the volume of orders I may have to stop taking orders before the original deadline. It’s only little me in my kitchen and I can only do so much! So - if you know you want some goodies for Christmas then please get in touch ASAP to avoid missing out!
