🌱 We’re hiring — Prep Room Operative.
Our prep room is the quiet engine behind Easters. It’s where a wide range of fresh vegetables are washed, peeled, cut and chopped by hand — every cut prepared to a precise specification, every day, to the standard our customers count on.
We’re looking for a hardworking person to join this close-knit team. Previous experience is essential for this role.
The role — Reporting to the Prep Room Manager, you’ll prepare fresh vegetables by hand to spec, carry out quality control, and keep a clean, food-safe kitchen, following our food safety and health & safety procedures at all times. It’s hands-on work in a small space, so being a genuine team player matters.
Hours — Full-time, permanent, on a two-week shift pattern (Week 1: Mon–Sat, 6 days · Week 2: Mon–Fri, 5 days). Very early morning starts are essential, so reliability and an early alarm are a must.
