It’s a chilli (or chilly!) start to the new year, and after some much needed R&R Willy’s back to work for 2026!
Now that the festivities of Christmas, New Years, and a big birthday (yep, ya boy’s another year older) it’s time to get back into the swing of things. Hope you’re ready for all sorts of good stuff this year as we’ve got plenty of things in the pipeline at Chilli HQ that we can’t wait to share with you all…
And even though it’s a new year, the same great Chilli Willy’s taste is here to stay!

It’s update time!

It’s been a while since the last post, so Willy’s back at it braving the wind to tell you what’s good. If you can’t hear because of the wind, the big points are:
Much love to everyone who’s come out, supported, and joined the Chilli Willy’s gang!
From the looks of things, we’re all done with markets for 2025 so big love to everyone who’s had us, who we’ve met and traded alongside, and who’s gotten their hands on some of our delicious chilli oil!
We’ve got one more event in before the year’s out so keep an eye out to see what chef Willy’s got cooking!
And lastly, thank you for being here and following along. Chilli Willy’s wouldn’t be here without you all so big love from the bottom of my heart 🫶

It’s been a hectic time this month, but this is what it’s all about: giving good stuff to good folks!
It’s been a struggle to keep on top of everything, socials especially, but this weekend’s at was such a good time it reminded me of why I love this line of work. It was great meeting new faces and seeing everyone who came specifically to get some Chilli Willy’s, and I can’t wait to do it again at the next market in a couple of weeks time!!

It’s been a long time in the making, but now we’re finally ready to share it with you! Chilli Willy’s and are taking over for one night only on the 18th December for a night of festive fusion fun!!!
Get ready for some great tasting Asian fusion food, and don’t forget to bring a healthy appetite! Spaces are limited, and we’ll be running two seatings, so make sure to book early! Check the linktree for tickets, and we hope to see you there!!!
