🍇 WE’RE HIRING – HARVEST HANDS / VINEYARD TECHNICIANS 🍇

We’re looking for 2 people to join the Winbirri team for our upcoming grape harvest here at Winbirri Vineyard, Surlingham, Norfolk.

This would be a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, doesn’t mind getting stuck in and would like to experience what goes on behind the scenes at a working English vineyard.

🚜 The role will include:
• Grape picking and harvest work
• General vineyard operations
• Working alongside our existing vineyard and w**ery team
• Helping with the busy day-to-day jobs that come with harvest

🍇 Experience isn’t essential – full training will be given.

What’s more important to us is that you are reliable, hard-working, practical and happy working outdoors as part of a team.

The positions will run through late summer and our harvest period.

🚜 WE’RE HIRING – VINEYARD TRACTOR DRIVER 🍇

Winbirri Vineyard is looking for an experienced tractor driver to join our vineyard team in Surlingham, Norfolk.

This is a full-time, permanent, year-round position within our family-run vineyard and w**ery.

The role will include:

✅ Operating tractors and specialist vineyard machinery
✅ Spraying, mowing, cultivation and canopy work
✅ Routine machinery checks and basic maintenance
✅ General vineyard work throughout the seasons
✅ Helping with harvest and other busy periods

Previous vineyard experience would be useful but is not essential. Training in vineyard-specific machinery and operations can be provided.

However, applicants must already be confident and experienced in operating tractors and agricultural machinery.

📍 Surlingham, near Norwich
🕐 Full-time and permanent

🌡️ The hottest June night on record? We knew exactly what to do... 🍷
A warm summer evening called for something rather special, so we opened the Winbirri vault and enjoyed a Bacchus Vertical Tasting spanning multiple vintages.
From youthful, vibrant aromatics to beautifully developed, complex older vintages, it's incredible to see how English Bacchus evolves over time.

A little reminder for guests joining us at Winbirri Vineyard tomorrow 🍇

Our tours are still going ahead as planned, and the main thing to be prepared for is the warm weather.

Please bring water, wear comfortable footwear, and dress for the heat. You may also wish to bring an umbrella for shade or just in case of a light shower.
