Homemade pesto pasta paired with our Lime, Ginger & Mint Kombucha is one of our favourite summer combinations. The fresh citrus, warming ginger and cooling mint perfectly balance the rich, herby pesto.

This colourful salad celebrates the best of summer, combining sweet roasted tomatoes, creamy feta, crunchy walnuts, and crisp lettuce leaves. Paired with our Hibiscus & Rose Kombucha, the delicate floral notes of the kombucha complement the sweetness of the tomatoes and the saltiness of the feta beautifully. As three sisters, we’ve always loved cooking for family and friends, creating colourful tables filled with nourishing food, sharing recipes and bringing people together over a good meal. When we started Oichi, that same passion naturally found its way into every bottle we brew.

So it feels incredibly special to now be bringing the whole Oichi experience to events through our catering.

This week we’re catering a beautiful 5-day retreat with in Norfolk, serving vibrant, seasonal dishes alongside our live kombucha. Seeing people gather around the table, enjoy wholesome food and leave feeling nourished reminds us exactly why we love what we do.
