With the weather being far cooler our visitors and alpacas were much more comfortable.

It was a pleasure to host these three this morning. The girls were a delight and listened intently to our pre-visit info which they followed brilliantly.

The alpacas were very obliging today and grateful for extra treats to replace the grass.

Thankfully a cooler day today for both alpacas & visitors alike for this afternoon’s experience.

There’s something rather special about slowing down, meeting these gentle, curious animals and discovering just how much there is to love about alpacas. From getting up close and personal to learning about their fleece and life on the farm, it was a pleasure to share a little piece of our alpaca world with such lovely people.

The warm weather was not stopping these visitors or the alpacas from enjoying their morning Experience.

The photos show just how accessible & receptive our alpacas are to those in wheelchairs.

Please do be mindful of the weather - we have very little shade for visitors while the alpacas are free to move around their paddocks to benefit from the natural shade of the trees.

A ’BIG’ birthday surprise deserves big skies, sunshine and of course alpacas! A great morning spent with lovely people.

The alpacas have had a bit of a holiday due to the very hot weather and lack of shade for them and visitors so we have been a little quiet with Experiences while keeping the pacas, us & our staff comfortable.

We are keeping a close eye on the weather and adding and removing slots so please check back frequently.
