New addition to our Matcha Milk Range…Our “Mango Milk Matcha boba” joins our recently released Strawberry Milk Matcha Boba.

Also made using homemade mango jam conserve, we use Indian Alphonso Mangos, that’s peeled, cut and blended into a rich, creamy jam texture and stored for a minimum a week to help bring out all the flavours. Like our homemade strawberry jam, it’s free from preservatives and additives. Served with tapioca, fresh milk and hand grounded matcha powder.

Our Iced Strawberry Matcha Milk Boba has been super popular. Did you know the secret is really great strawberry jam, and we make that in house ourselves.

From selecting the best strawberries, to making it into a jam conserve, it’s a long process but worth it given the hugely positive feedback from our customers. The strawberries are washed, dried, hard pressed and filtered and collected into glass jars where there are stored for a week to mature and really bring out the strawberry flavour.

This jam is then used to coat the cup and the tapioca pearls before adding ice and milk is poured over. And the finishing touch is hand ground matcha powder to top it all off.
