Hey there! I’m Isiah, but most people know me as Ice.

​My love affair with food started when I was 12 years old. What began as helping my mum in the kitchen quickly turned into a full-blown passion for cooking and baking. Whether I’m experimenting with new pastries or perfecting a savory dish, the kitchen is where I feel most at home.

​Currently, I’m studying Hospitality & Catering at Nottingham College to sharpen my skills. My ultimate goal? To open my own café and restaurant in the future, introducing people to the amazing flavours of Filipino cuisine and homemade pastries.
