With a heatwave around the corner, we thought it was time to talk about how heat can affect people differently.🥵☀️

For some, hot weather is just a bit sweaty and uncomfortable. But for babies, older people, pregnant women, neurodivergent people, those going through perimenopause or menopause, people with long-term health conditions, and anyone taking certain medications, the heat can feel much harder to manage.
