Proud to have Lincolnshire Poacher Cheese with us on Sat 5th September
Fresh raw milk, straight from our herd at Ulceby Grange.
It's the same milk that goes into our cheese - unhomogenised and bottled to order, so it's as fresh as milk gets. Because it's unhomogenised, it develops a natural layer of cream on top - just like milk used to be.

We bottle Monday, Thursday & Friday afternoons.
Collection is from the Estate Office between 4–5pm the same day. Can't make it between 4–5pm on Monday or Thursday? No problem! We'll chill your milk ready for collection the following day between 9am–5pm. Friday orders are same-day collection only, as we're closed at weekends.

Please note: we bottle to order and don't keep spares, so make sure you order ahead!
