We need to give God the charge over what we eat and drink. So that we may be able to fulfill His Purpose for creating us. Jeremiah 29: 11 God said, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. I believe those thoughts did not include SICKNESS like Obesity and Bulimia. They surely did not include Stress and Depression. GOD wants us to be healthy so that we can complete His desires for our lives.
