The Radcliffe-on-Trent Golf Club is looking for an enthusiastic, talented and reliable Sous Chef to join our friendly and professional Kitchen team.
Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 per annum, depending on experience

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced chef who enjoys working in a welcoming environment and wants to be part of a successful club where quality food and excellent service are at the heart of what we do.
About the Role
Working alongside our Head Chef, you will play an important role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, helping to deliver high-quality food for our members, guests, functions and events. Must have your own car and be able to work some Weekends.
You will be involved in:
Supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
Preparing and cooking a variety of high-quality dishes
Maintaining consistently high standards of food presentation and quality
Helping to develop menus and daily specials
Ensuring food hygiene, health and safety standards are maintained
Managing stock, deliveries and food storage
Supporting and mentoring other members of the kitchen team
Helping to ensure the kitchen operates efficiently during busy periods
Catering for club events, functions and special occasions
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
An experienced chef with a passion for good food
Ideally experienced at Sous Chef level or ready to take the next step in their career
Reliable, organised and able to work well under pressure
A positive team player with excellent communication skills
Passionate about maintaining high standards
Confident working independently and as part of a team
Flexible and willing to work evenings and weekends when required
Qualified in food hygiene, or willing to undertake the necessary training
