Opportunity for a technical administrator to work on a full time and permanent basis for an established sector leader delivering legionella management, plumbing and engineering services to businesses and the public sector across the East and West Midlands.

Based at Head Office in Market Rasen you will work closely with department coordinators to provide administrative support.

The role will suit a highly organised individual who enjoys working to the highest standards in a busy environment.

You will be the initial contact for customers telephone and email enquiries and be required to enter information accurately into the company and client databases.

You will be required to ensure compliance and job documentation is prepared and completed in line with company and customer specifications.

You will assist senior and technical staff with relevant matters when
arranging projects, and routinely liaise with Second Element field engineers and technicians.

Applicants must have experience in an administrative role which requires high attention to detail.

You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to build good working relationships with a busy team and customers.

You will be capable of effectively switching between tasks and priorities as required and proficient in typical Microsoft Office applications.
