This really is a lovely start up shop! I can leave sinks, worktops, fly catchers, rat catchers, fire alarms, new economical heating system, new flooring throughout, window displays, alarm, video security, fridges, freezers and other bits. I can do change of ownership for Deliveroo, Uber and Just Eat…all saving you time and Money! If it’s your only premises no business rates….I will try and do a change of ownership for electricity which is in contract at 2029 prices for another 3 years. All enquiries to Chris McAvoy letting. I want out of my lease ASAP. Need to try new things.

The shop is sooo empty :( such an amazing space….the landlord and letting agent are lovely and supportive:( so sad…but hopefully it will become someone else’s dream! Xx

The shop would be great as anything it is already 5* rated by food hygiene nice colours, decorated…kitchen and storage…I can sell the storage units. Gas and electricity is set for 3 years with no increase. Alarm system and camera security. No planning permission needed for change of use…..rent is reasonable.

We are closing our shop! We will no longer be opening the shop on Coleshill Road. Due to lack of customers and the food hall opening we are unable to keep it open. We will continue to bake cakes from our shop in Coventry. Though we will be using a kitchen that handles other foods we will be unable to guarantee no cross contamination. Tho because we understand the importance of cross contamination we will continue to use separate cooking items.
