⭐️Employee of the month⭐️
We are glad to announce that Bob is the employee of the month for May. His hard work herding sheep (not always in the right direction) and greeting customers hasn’t gone unnoticed and as such we have rewarded him with another pack of tennis balls.

🦆Moving day for the ducks!🦆
They go absolutely quackers for fresh grass. We aim to move them every time they run short in their old area, we also move the hens too, however they are a little more relaxed with their exit from the house…

🐥Our new hens are settling in a bit too well and making sure we are doing the job right by keeping an eye on us! 🐓
The older girls are now just coming out of moult meaning they have shed their feathers and had a well earned break from laying eggs.
We know some of you have visited recently and been disappointed as we quite often sell out, Thank you for being patient and we should have plenty of eggs for you again soon.

🌞🕶️All the girls are loving the sun and fresh grass after a long winter! Our newest batch of young hens arrived last week meaning we can keep up with the demand in the shop better.

What have we been up to since Christmas?
Apart from looking after the chickens, ducks and quail we have been busy giving some of our hedges some much needed tlc in the form of hedgelaying and hedge planting.

🐣Meet our newest arrivals!🐣
Last week we collected our day old ducklings from wales. In a few months they will be outside with the rest of our ducks and laying delicious eggs available in the shop. Until then they’ll be cosied up under the heat lamps until it’s warmer outside.
