Happy Saturday Peeps 😊

So yesterday I had the pleasure of making this deep filled fully loaded chocolate and vanilla birthday cheesecake for the birthday boy 🥳

Quick update for those of you who’ve been asking if I’m up and running. Unfortunately I’m still not and I’m only making orders for my family and close friends.

I have to seriously consider if it will be worth my while opening up my books again and this is wholly down to the massive increase in product costs, honestly everything has tripled if not quadrupled.

I’ll keep you all posted but for the time being I’m still enjoying my cheesecake break 😂

The hospice and the team are so dedicated in what they do, they support people and families facing the most difficult moments in life, those living with life limiting conditions and those approaching end of life.

They help people make the most of every day, providing dignity, comfort, compassion, and creating moments and memories that truly matter.

I was scrolling and looking through pics on my phone and came across pic 1 which was the first ever strawberry edge cheesecake I made back in 2018 - pic 2 & 3 show my cheesecakes now. It’s made me realise just how far I’ve come on my cheesecake making journey and that’s thanks to my lovely customers for giving me the chance to practice and perfect my skills 🫶🏻

Hi peeps how you all doing?

Although I’m not currently trading I thought I’d jump on and share this Land Rover themed birthday cake I made for a special boys birthday 🥳

It’s a 6” tall rich chocolate mud cake filled with chocolate ganache and caramel and topped off with a model of his very own Land Rover ‘Vera’ 🚗
