Seasoning brings out the best in each bite 🧂

Salt helps bring out the natural flavour of the meat, while freshly cracked pepper adds a little warmth and bite.

The most simple ingredients work best with our quality products 💚

Our butcher shop was established in 1932, an impressive 94 years ago!

The way we run things now, we’re sure it’s very different from how things were way back then! 😅

Traditional butcher shops often featured meat rails and hooks, rather than the nice chilled display cabinet you see in our shop today.

Refrigeration was already being used by some butchers at the time, but traditional methods of displaying and handling meat were still very much part of the trade.

We know many locals have been shopping here for years, and we want to know - do you remember your first visit?

We’d love to hear your memories in the comments! 💚

This time of year calls for proper comfort food! 🍲

There's nothing quite like coming home after a busy day at work knowing your dinner is already made and waiting for you.

Having a hearty homemade dinner is just what you need to make those dark nights that are creeping in feel that little bit brighter ☺️
