Hours flexible ideally looking for someone that can do 4 days a week 8 hour days but we know that doesn’t suit everyone so open to working with what suits.

Counter assistant / production

The role is serving the counter, filling the counter and making some of our oven ready products.

The production side involves: making burgers, picking and packing wholesale and home delivery orders.

Full training provided on the job with scope to grow if you wish.

We had an excess of beef Heart, kidney & liver
So we decided to mince it all and pack it up in 500gram bags that we will put in our freezer.
We normally use up these parts in our haggis so this won’t always be available!

A great way to add some mega protein into the diet along with that this stuff is jam packed with nutrients.

Liver - is natures multivitamin contains high amounts of Vitamin A to support vision and immune system & vitamin b 12 for red blood cell production 💪🏻

Heart - contains high level of taurine and other amino acids, along side this it is a very high source of zinc and iron. Extremely high in coQ10 which supports cardio health and energy production

Kidney - this is the richest source of riboflavin (vitamin b2 ) which promotes the body to increase its metabolism to turn fats into energy
Very rich in a specific enzyme called Diamine Oxidase this helps the body break down and process histamine

These are available to buy in the shop for £5 per bag. If you are not an offal lover you can Mix it with some regular mince and make all your favorites ( bolognese 🍝 Mince n tatties 🥔 Meatloaf 🍽️ meatballs 🍝 burgers 🍔)

Worth a try it’s not that Offal…. 😂
