We are getting our final grass fed bullock of the year back from the butcher next week and will likely have a few 10Kg mixed boxes available. Hung for over a month, aged for maturity, it promises to be mouthwatering 😋 Pic shows the contents of a typical box but exact mix may vary depending on the size of joints etc. For local collection only I’m afraid as im not very mobile yet post op so can’t be standing packing boxes for the courier. Let me know if interested and I’ll put your name on one. If there’s a particular joint you want included for Christmas, we’ll do I our best to accommodate too. 1️⃣4️⃣0️⃣/box. MUTTON: I have just collected back some of our grass fed mutton from the butcher and have a half Jacob available if anyone is interested. The half box includes:
A b***d and rolled shoulder joint, 2 half leg joints, chops, and mince. Collect from the farm. PM for details
