So not posted in a while. Been super busy. And working through our London trip food.
But had to post yesterdays from Bentley's Fish and Chip Shop amazing place as always. Amazing staff and this was a small gluten free fish and chip. Done it separate fryer so coeliac safe, and delicious even gluten free vinger as standard on table. Always my go to place for fish and chips when we are in blackpool. Son love its as well he would love a gluten free sausage and chips. But he did love his fish.

A mid week roast. I didnt make rhe Yorkshire puddings myself this time as I wanted to see if shop brought gluten-free ones tasted as good as my homemade one. They were ok. But definitely better homemade.

So today out shopping and just decided on the spot what we having for tea. So puff pastry. Will do it homemade one day and film it. Just lazy and store brought today (I always make other pastry from scratch just not puff pastry)
Ham bacon and cheese as boys wanted both. Little man's fave veg and chips. Quick easy tea.
