Our plan is far too generous to be called a diet - it includes more than 350 basic Free Foods…
Normal, everyday foods that you can eat in unlimited amounts, day or night, without
weighing, measuring or counting a single calorie – ever!

That means you:
✓ never run out of things to eat
✓ never need to go hungry
✓ can create meals for your whole family (no need for separate ‘slimming’ meals for
one!)
✓ can easily incorporate all your personal likes, dislikes, dietary and cultural
needs…
… and lose weight like a dream!
