Well that’s Race the Sun in the Lake District done! 34 miles cycling, 10 mile hill walk up skiddaw and two miles kayaking! Thank you to everyone that bought afternoon teas and the lovely flowers Patrina did for valentines and Mother’s Day. Much appreciated, we hit target and as a team raised over £2400. Thanks again …..and never again 🤪

We’re Hiring: Part-Time Butcher

Part-Time Butcher (or Apprentice Butcher) - approximately 18 hours per week

Work alongside our current butcher preparing high-quality cuts of meat for our customers.

We’re open to:
• An experienced butcher ready to hit the ground running
• Or an apprentice/trainee keen to learn the trade

Key responsibilities:
• Meat preparation and cutting
• Supporting weekly butchery operations
• Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards

• Confident with knife skills - ideally with butchery experience or a strong desire to learn!
