Office / Accounts Administrator

Position: Office and Accounts Administrator
Location: Supermix Ltd, 76 Strabane Road, Newtownstewart
Job Type: Full-Time


About Us:

Supermix Ltd group of companies is involved in quarrying, readymix and precast concrete production, haulage, farming, waste recycling and renewable energy production. A dynamic and growing group dedicated to delivering high-quality services/products. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office and Accounts Administrator to join our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily office operations and administrative tasks.
• Handle phone calls, emails and customer and supplier inquiries.
• Prepare invoices, purchase orders and delivery documents
• Use of accounting software to keep customer and supplier accounts up to date.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Support management with reporting and general administration.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Office or Accounts Administrator,
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with accounting software
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Knowledge of construction or concrete industry would be a help but not essential
