It’s Newburgh village fair tomorrow (Saturday 23rd June) and I’ve got a cake stall there. I’ve made a wide variety of delicious cakes including vegan and gluten free. The forecast is for a beautiful day and there’s a beer tent there. What more can you want than a drink and a slice of cake whilst enjoying the sunshine. See you tomorrow I hope!

The first batch of Christmas cakes is made and they’re maturing nicely. I’ll be making more over the next couple of weeks, including vegan and gluten free versions in addition to regular fruitcakes. Shape and size of your choice and covered in marzipan and either fondant or royal icing. If you’d like to order a Christmas cake (or any other kind of cake, dessert or festive bake, eg mince pies) then please get in touch and let me know your requirements.

It's Christmas cake time! If anyone would like to put in an order for a homemade Christmas cake then please let me know. Any size and shape from large square or round cakes to small individual cakes. All marzipaned and iced in a design of your choice.

I've doing a cake stall at Parbold village show this Saturday (9th July), please come along and buy some of my cakes. I know the forecast isn't good but I've baked loads, so if it's raining please get out your wellies and waterproof and come anyway - Mike and I will be eating cake for breakfast, lunch and tea for the next month if not many people turn up. I'm giving some of my profits to the Dogs Trust so it's a good cause to eat cake for.
