Countdown to Christmas! 🎄🍹
We've got a special Christmas treat from : The Aperitif Guy's Festive Mimosa!
"The Mimosa is the grown-up sister of the Bucks Fizz, with orange juice laced with orange liqueur. In this version, I've boosted the Christmas elements by using clementines and spiced ingredients. It makes a fabulous Christmas aperitif!"

Ingredients (Serves 6):
100ml clementine juice (fresh or from a posh supermarket)
100ml ginger liqueur
1 bottle of Jacques Bruére Cap Classique Blanc de Blancs
Angostura bitters and caster sugar (to decorate the glasses)
Method:
Start by frosting the rims of the glasses: dip each one in a saucer containing a little Angostura bitters, then into a saucer of caster sugar. Leave them to dry while you mix the drinks.
Stir the clementine juice and ginger liqueur together in a jug or mixing glass.
Pour this mix into each glass about a third of the way, then top up with the South African fizz.

Paul’s pick is the Chateau Musar White 2018, a wine he absolutely loves.
“I’d recommend it for its complex aromas and flavours—think hay, freshly cut beech wood, walnut leaves, raisins, and bright acidity. It pairs beautifully with winter salads, Jerusalem artichoke dishes, and Yorkshire Pecorino cheese.” Delicious and a perfect choice for the season!

Our friends from have shared a range of their favourite wines, perfect for any celebration over the festive season.

First up, we have the super popular and delicious No Lemon, No Melon White Merlot. Crisp and floral with a hint of butter.
