Rachael has been part of the dental profession since 2003, beginning her career as a dental nurse before expanding her skills as a DFT support nurse, orthodontic nurse, implant nurse, and later a Treatment Co-ordinator. She even gained hands-on experience in a dental laboratory — giving her a unique understanding of both the clinical and technical sides of dentistry.

Rachael joined Optident, as a Smile Makeover Specialist and now proudly supports practices as an External Product Specialist. She loves being out in the field, meeting new customers, supporting existing clients, and sharing innovative solutions that enhance patient care.
