Here’s what awaits your bleary-eyed self...

Elliott Söderberg of will be serving cocktails at The Fainting Goat from 6-10 Thursday 5th October.

Hailing from the North Cotswolds, Elliott has had a passion for mixology for over 10 years and has spent the last couple building a business specialising in small cocktail parties and masterclasses. Self taught on the cocktail front, Elliott likes to try experimental flavour combinations and techniques. He regularly works with a number of Cotswold based companies and has even been featured on Channel 4.
