Been enjoying getting back on the recipe vid bandwagon again! Here's a couple snaps from some upcoming ones to wet your whistle.

-A rich, umami gravy enriched with our mushroom truffle, served on top of triple cooked chips. A proper northern classic but jazzed up a bit - genuinely one of the best things we've ever made.
-Tempura tenderstem broccoli served with our sumac chilli & mint fermented cashew dip. The creamy tanginess is the perfect match for the crispy batter. So tasty.

We're EXTREMELY excited to be a part of menu again and are welcoming Autumn with open arms.. and mouths.

Every component of the sandwich has been considered. We're talking crispy squash fritters, charred hispi cabbage, eaten alive pickled fennel, and a rich, smoky chipotle and squash dip, made with our Haverstock White.
