In 2003 we headed to Spain to have an adventure. First we bought a finca and then Fino was born. Fino Olive Oil comes from olives which are grown on the small fincas around the village of Casarabonela (where Susie and Rupert lived with their family), and then harvested by Angel, Paco, Juan and all the other locals. They are pressed by Rafael and the team at the village olive press and we then brin

g the olive oil here so you can enjoy it in your own kitchens. Fino Olive Oil is single cold pressed extra virgin olive oil - the best! This year we will sell approximately 4,000 litres of Fino Olive Oil. We are also thrilled to share two exceptional Fino Balsamic Vinegars from the Cordoba region of Spain – The Dark Balsamic (Crema) which is aged for 25 years, and White Balsamic (Blanco) both come from the Pedro Ximenez grape. Many of our customers tell us they can’t live without our balsamics! When you try them you will understand why both are Great Taste Award winners.

We have just returned from a last minute week away in Montenegro ..it’s always so nice to have a break and it was a beautiful country with lots of olive trees … and figs too! Back at home now and perfect timing as my sales start tomorrow 🍁
