FINO OLIVE OIL SPANISH EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL AND GREAT TASTE AWARD WINNING SPANISH BALSAMIC DELIVERED DIRECT TO YOUR TABLE Delicious olive oils and balsamics with a story.

In 2003 we headed to Spain to have an adventure. First we bought a finca and then Fino was born. Fino Olive Oil comes from olives which are grown on the small fincas around the village of Casarabonela (where Susie and Rupert lived with their family), and then harvested by Angel, Paco, Juan and all the other locals. They are pressed by Rafael and the team at the village olive press and we then bring the olive oil here so you can enjoy it in your own kitchens. Fino Olive Oil is single cold pressed extra virgin olive oil - the best! This year we will sell approximately 4,000 litres of Fino Olive Oil. We are also thrilled to share two exceptional Fino Balsamic Vinegars from the Cordoba region of Spain – The Dark Balsamic (Crema) which is aged for 25 years, and White Balsamic (Blanco) both come from the Pedro Ximenez grape. Many of our customers tell us they can’t live without our balsamics! When you try them you will understand why both are Great Taste Award winners.

This week it has to be all about our 3-STAR Great Taste Award winner!! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Produced in Andalucia from the must of the Pedro Ximenez grape, and aged in oak barrels for 25 years, it is rich sweet sticky and delicious - it is particularly special at this time of year drizzled on ripe red tomatoes 🍅

Our Chilli Oil drizzled on salad works brilliantly .. a favourite lunch of mine is a salad with Kale, Squash, Feta and Walnuts and drizzled Chilli Oil and White Balsamic on top - perfect in this heat, and the same could be done with any salad you chose to make.

Here are some of the ways to enjoy this delicious salty but sweet meaty accompaniment: it is brilliant with cheese or in a sandwich - it's fab with meat, and I absolutely love it with white fish, or with veggies!
