40 YEARS IN HOSPITALITY… Celebrating Sue Randall ❤️

……the woman who started it all!

After 18 team bios on LinkedIn , we couldn’t possibly finish without celebrating our Founder and CEO, Sue Randall, who this year marks an incredible 40 years in hospitality!

Sue began her career on 18 August 1986 as a hotel management trainee in London, progressing through senior hotel roles before starting her events journey. Her first event was at Rhodes House in September 2007 and nearly 20 years later, here we are!

Inspired by the TV series Hotel as a teenager, Sue always knew she wanted to work in the luxury hospitality industry. And clearly, she meant it!

What she has always loved most is the people, the buzz of events, building relationships and seeing clients happy. Today, her greatest pleasure is watching the team she has helped build take Oxford Fine Dining forward.

We couldn’t resist including a few childhood photos too that blonde bob was clearly perfected early! 😂

Away from OFD, Sue enjoys life in Cornwall with Della, Monty the chocolate lab and their boat, Cornish Dream. And when asked what she loves most about OFD now?

“I love it now as it enables me to go on lots of holidays!” 😂

After 40 years, we think she’s earned them!

Sue, thank you for the vision, determination, opportunities, friendships and laughter and for building a business and team we are incredibly proud to be part of.

EVERY WEDDING BEGINS WITH A VISION ….and we were honoured to be part of this journey from the very start.

At Oxford Fine Dining, we worked closely with our clients to curate every detail of their dining experience, from selecting the perfect crockery, cutlery, and glassware to choosing elegant table linens and these stunning cane back chairs that brought their vision to life.

Seeing this vision come together alongside their incredible Creative Team and was incredibly rewarding.
